Who we are

Celebre e Didatico, Unipessoal Lda, NIPC 519550897, with registered office at Rua Gil Eanes N2825, 2975-377 Sesimbra, Portugal, is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

You can reach us about anything in this document at geral@celebredidatico.com.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, telephone number if you provide one, and the content of your message.

When you book a call we collect the information you enter into our scheduling provider, including your name, email address and chosen time.

We use Plausible Analytics, which is cookieless and does not collect or store any personal data or cross-site identifiers. It gives us aggregate counts of page views and referral sources only.

Why we use it and on what basis

To respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, and steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.

To deliver services you have engaged us for. The legal basis is performance of a contract.

To meet accounting and tax obligations in Portugal. The legal basis is compliance with a legal obligation.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become clients are deleted within 24 months.

Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and then for the period Portuguese tax law requires for invoicing and accounting records, currently 10 years.

Who else sees it

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf: an email provider, a scheduling provider, an analytics provider, and hosting. Each is bound by a data processing agreement and may only act on our instructions.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, that transfer is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

When we work with your customers' data

If we manage advertising, CRM or email systems on your behalf, we act as a processor and you remain the controller. That arrangement is governed by a separate written data processing agreement signed before any such work begins.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email us and we will respond within one month.

If you believe we have handled your data improperly you may complain to the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), the Portuguese supervisory authority, at www.cnpd.pt.
